Meet Upcoming Artist, T-Stryngs

Meet T-Stryngz a music artist born in Oklahoma and grew up in Grand Rapids, MI.

His interest in music began at a young age. He was almost always drumming, whether with a drum kit or pencils. He loved working in the studio at the local Boys and Girls Club in elementary school. He began playing drums in church and creating beats for others in middle school. He has always had a natural gift for making music. Music has always been a part of his life, and he knew he wanted to pursue it in some way.

During high school, T-Stryngz got mixed up with the wrong crowd and ended up serving 2.5 years in prison. He took advantage of this time and learned how to play the guitar and improved his piano skills. Music became his escape and motivated him to stay out of trouble. He had a lot of time to think and found that music is what truly inspires him. Making music is his perfect outlet to let out his emotions and thoughts.

He continues to create beats both for himself and others. Music gives T-Stryngz a way to express his feelings and tell his story, and he hopes to be able to use his gifts to motivate others. You can learn his story through his songs, and find yourself relating to his content.
