Meet Sara Zano

Sara Zano is an upcoming music artist from Long Island. She wrote her first song at 11 years old during a school contest. She has been writing songs and playing the guitar since. Her dar is a musician n the wedding band east coast. He is very talented guitarist that has inspired and encouraged Sara Zano to pursue music from a young age.

Sara Zano writes a folk style in the pop genre. She is constantly and has not yet decided on a genre to hone in on, but experimenting with different sounds is important and fun to her. She has released one track so far titled “Affection.” She has another track yet to be released titled “Lying Memory” which brings her music to the next level through production and quality. Sara Zano has a ton of songs she is currently working on and is excited to release. Her and her producer have stepped up their game a lot these past couple of months.

Sara Zano grew up listening to Amy Winehouse and Norah Hones which has influenced her the most in regards to her writing style. She has been discovering smaller artists like Isaac Dunbar and LAUREL lately. The process of recording has been long and slow, but being in school at Five Towns College in Dix Hills and meeting other artists has been a blessing to Sara Zano in starting her career. Even if her music only reaches a few people, she is still grateful and appreciative.
