Meet Fresh Porter. He is a 30 year old upcoming artist as well as an actor from Petersburg, Virginia. His actor name is Devante Mason. He will be starring in an independent film titled “Let’s Eat.”

He started making music at age 9 when he was at his aunt Pig’s house with his cousins. Using FL studio and Sound Recorder he thought it was hard, but later thought it was really trash. Fresh Porter’s fourth studio album OMDN is coming soon. this is an acronym for ‘On My Dead N*ggas.’ he made this album for his friends that have passed and to shed some light on the culture in Petersburg, Virginia. Petersburg is a small city that does not have a lot of recognition, but he wants to hopefully “kick some doors down” to change that.

His music falls under the genre trap, but Fresh Porter is a real artist and can make music with any genre. He is open to experimenting and being creative with sound and style. “Dogg Jigga” is his most successful track currently. It has the most streams and views up-to-date. “Fuck Going On” is a track that is his breakout single, it is what made a lot of people spark an interest in him. They had this song playing in a lot of clubs, until he got home from being in prison.

Nipsey Hussle is an artist that inspires him. Nipsey Hussle reminds Fresh Porter a lot of himself, because he is a self-made boss and stuck to his vision and plans. Even if you are not a fan of his (Nipsey Hussle’s) music, you can be a fan of his entrepreneurial spirit.
